MAX FACTOR CREME PUFF BLUSHER

Have you heard about the Factor Creme Puff Blushes? I bet you did! All beauty youtubers and bloggers are raving about them as a perfect dupe for the Hourglass - Ambient Lighting Blushers. I myself have never tried any of them [especially because of their rather high price], but there was no way I would pass on the max factor new edition to blush world.

The blushers come in six shades, priced around £8 - 9 and are already available in drugstores for few weeks now. I ended up buying the shade no. 30 "Georgeous Berries" which is the darkest pink and has a slight glow to it. I tried few others but this one looked the most natural on me.

Regarding the packaging – I really like it. It’s lightweight, minimalistic, with the clicking, satisfying sound as you close it. Through the translucent lid you can see the blusher – baked with multi-tonal pigments to illuminate and liven up the skin. It works rather well without an extra highlight, so it’s perfect for summer.
But be couscous – this particular shade is really pigmented, so apply it gently. I always swirl the brush on my hand few times before putting it on my cheekbones. Apart of that these sorts of blushers are really easy to wear and what’s more – they last a whole day without rubbing off or looking patchy.

From the top - Max Factor Creme Puff Blush in no. 30 "Georgeous Berries", Wibo blush in no. 3.
Although I use mine almost exclusively since I’ve got it, a great and more affordable alternative could be my oldie but a goodie Wibo blusher in shade no. 3. It’s less pigmented then the Max Facto one, therefore easier to apply. But on the other hand you can’t really build it up as much and it doesn’t always last all day. As I said – I get a use out of both of them, depending on how long of a day it’s going to be.
Od kiedy go kupiłam – używam prawie codziennie.

If you want to try any of them – I truly recommend! And  don't forget to let me know which one you prefer or already have in you make up collection and what you think about them.

KISSES,

  8. I'm with you on the packaging! It looks so sleek and high end for being such an affordable product. The color itself looks soooo pretty but Max Factor seems to be pretty difficult to find in the US :( Definitely a shame because I've heard so many good things about their products.

    1. But you have the Milani products in the US, dont you? Their baked blushes are said to be very similar to these max factor ones. I obviously can't tell since milani is not available in here but other bloggers compare tchem and maybe you'd be pleased to try Milani blushes instead of the Max Factor ones. ;)

    1. That's a shame.. But you probably can easily find them online or you could also try the Milani baked blushes, if they're available - they supposed to be a dupe for the Max Factor ones in America.

      Pozdrawiam!
